WORKSHOP
How to Scale Without Losing Your Mind (or Your Family)
Most hosts who try to scale end up busier, not freer, and it’s rarely about the properties. In this session, Stephen Ward breaks down what actually has to change as your portfolio grows and gives you the framework and tools to scale with intention instead of chaos.
SESSION SUMMARY
Scaling a short-term rental business is exciting; until it isn’t. In this session, Stephen Ward uses a powerful story to show exactly what breaks down when hosts grow without the right foundation in place. Attendees will walk away with a key mindset shift that changes how they see their role as their portfolio grows, a proven delegation framework for building a business that doesn’t run through them, and two practical tools they can implement immediately. This session is for anyone who wants to scale with intention, and build something that funds their life without costing them the people it’s supposed to be for.
